BREAKING: Former Boston Bruins goaltender tragically passes away

In a somber moment for hockey fans, former Boston Bruins goaltender Gilles Gilbert has tragically passed away at the age of 74.



Remembered for his impressive seven-year tenure with the Bruins from 1973 to 1980, Gilbert showcased his skills in 416 games, boasting a solid 192-143-60 record, along with a 3.27 GAA and .872 SV%.

As the hockey community mourns his loss, Gilbert's contributions to the sport and his time with the Bruins will be cherished. May he rest in peace.
