Last night, the Bruins took on one of the top teams in the league, the Carolina Hurricanes, and ended up beating them 2-1.

This was despite not having first-line center Elias Lindholm after he went down with an injury during their game on Thursday night against the Buffalo Sabres.

Following their win last night, it was announced that the Bruins were canceling practice for today.

After the game, an announcement was made stating that the Bruins will not practice today, giving them a full day of rest after having 14 games in 25 days.

Right now the Bruins are rolling, taking down some top teams, and look to build on this to make the playoffs this season.
