The Bruins may be down yet another defenseman after Jonathan Aspirot ended up heading down the tunnel bloody.

Just before the game began, the Bruins were hit with more bad news as it was revealed that both David Pastrnak and Pavel Zacha were not going to play.
This is due to both of them being banged up in their previous game against the New York Islanders.

During the third period, it seemed like Aspirot took a puck to the face, but it was later revealed that it was a stick on a follow-through.
It was Berard's stick that caught Aspirot in the face on a follow-through. Unfortunate, but not a penalty.
He was clearly hurt on the play, though, as he left a trail of blood on the ice and ended up going right down the tunnel to the locker room.

Losing another defenseman would definitely not be ideal for the Boston Bruins right now, who are dealing with a bunch of injuries.
