📰 Providence Bruins Sign Ryan Bischel to One-Year AHL Contract

Hailing from Minnesota, the 24-year-old goalie has quite the resume, earning recognition as the Big Ten's Goaltender of the Year and leading the nation in saves.

"The fifth-year goaltender for Notre Dame won Goaltender of the Year (B1G) and followed that up with a 2.58 GAA and .924 SV% this year. At 6-foot-1, 190lbs, Bischel isn't exactly big in the net, but he's athletic and technical. Boston continues its reign of goaltending talent."

Standing at 6'1" and weighing 190lbs, Bischel may not be the biggest goalie, but his athleticism and technical skills make up for it.

With an impressive record at the University of Notre Dame, fans are eager to see him in action and prove himself in Providence.
