Bruins bench defenseman for third straight game: A statement was just made

Heading into their game against the Carolina Hurricanes, the Bruins have once again benched a defenseman for the third straight game.
According to head coach Marco Sturm, the Boston Bruins are going with the same defensive pairings they have been using for the past couple of games.
This means that once again Mason Lohrei is going to be sitting on the sidelines, which will be his third game in a row.
Going with same D corps. Lohrei sits again. «He should be pissed,» said Sturm.
After announcing Lohrei will once again be healthy scratched, Sturm issued a statement.
Sturm speaks on Lohrei being benched
Sturm stated that Lohrei should be pissed off and that he is going to have to wait for his opportunity to get back into the lineup.
He also went on to state that this is all a part of the learning process for the young defenseman.

"He should be pissed. He should be very pissed. He works very hard in practice. He's ready, but he has to wait for his opportunity. I think that's the goal, having him out and being a little bit different when he comes back. Watching from upstairs, watching other players what they do well, what they do wrong, it's a learning process for him right now."

Along with that, the Bruins have revealed their starting goaltender, and after Joonas Korpisalo had back-to-back solid starts, the Bruins are turning the crease back over to Jeremy Swayman.
