Bruins signing elite superstar officially takes major turn for the worst
The Boston Bruins signing elite superstar Elias Lindholm just took a turn for the worst.
The Boston Bruins made two big signings on opening day of free agency when they signed both Nikita Zadorov and Elias Lindholm to some big contracts.
Many people were stunned when Elias Lindholm's contract finally was revealed. The Bruins handed him a 7-year $7.75 million contract, and many reporters stated this was the worst value signing of free agency.
The Boston Bruins finally got their number one center, but Lindholm didn't prove to be worth over $7 million last year as he had a hard time producing especially following the trade that sent him to the Vancouver Canucks from the Calgary Flames.
After the trade Lindholm would only put up 6 goals and 6 assists in 26 games with the Canucks, and when he was with the Flames he had 9 goals, 23 assists in 49 games.
If you are a Bruins fans you just hope this contract workouts and Lindholm fits in well with the team.
