Things are starting to get ugly in Boston, and now one of their star players has called out his teammates following their sixth straight loss.

Boston started the season off strong, going 3-0, but since then they have lost six straight games and have looked more like the same team from last year that finished last in the Atlantic Division.
In their six-game losing streak, nothing has gone right, and they allowed a season high in goals to the Anaheim Ducks in their 7-5 loss.
During their losing streak, the Bruins have been outscored 28-19 and are tied with the Calgary Flames for the most losses in regulation so far this season.
With how last season went for the Bruins, most players are understandably frustrated, and Morgan Geekie has let them know in a recent statement.

The season is still young, but Geekie stated that it's hard to feel optimistic with how they are playing right now.
«It's tough to be glass half full, to be honest with you. I think everybody's sick of it in here,» Geekie said after Thursday's loss. «It can get out of hand pretty quick, and I think that's what's going to happen if we don't turn things aroundThe reality, I think we saw last year, is what happens when you don't perform, and that's the way things seem to be going.»

Geekie has started the year off strong for the Boston Bruins and sits tied for the most goals on the team with David Pastrnak with five on the season.
There was hope that entering a new year with a new head coach and a fresh start would be good for the Bruins, but that hasn't been the case so far.
Dating back to last season, the Bruins have lost 27 out of their last 36 games, and it's looking like they are going to be a bottom-of-the-league team once again.
The Bruins are back in action on Saturday when they face off against the Colorado Avalanche for the second time this season.
