After Thursday's loss to the Anaheim Ducks, there were a lot of Bruins that ended up speaking out following the team's sixth straight loss.

Charlie McAvoy was one of those people, but he has not been that great for the Bruins this year either and was a reason the Bruins blew that game against the Ducks.
This lead to conversations about the Bruins making some big changes to their defensive pairings ahead of their next game.
Some of the comments McAvoy made were pretty interesting, considering how he has played this season.

McAvoy calls out team, but needs to be better himself

"This is devastating - the way we're losing these games. It's just, it's killing us. We're fighting so hard and we just can't stop beating ourselves. So it's, yeah, it's pretty defeating right now."

McAvoy stated the Bruins need to stop defeating themselves right now, but he is one that has continuously turned the puck over in the offensive zone and gets beaten on the ice chasing hits in the neutral zone.
Both him and Mason Lohrei look lost out there, and have no sense of how to defend in their defensive zone.
McAvoy's recent comments may have not gone well with some of his teammates and could cause some big problems in the Bruins locker room.
Especially considering the fact that McAvoy kept using the term "we," even though he is the biggest culprit.
He is supposed to be a leader but isn't taking any accountability, and there is a chance these recent comments has sparked some drama in the locker room.
If the Boston Bruins are going to be a playoff team once again, they are going to need both Charlie McAvoy and David Pastrnak to play to their potential.
