Elliotte Friedman Reveals Major News About Hanifin Going To Boston

Hockey insider Elliotte Friedman delivered a bombshell on the latest episode of the 32 Thoughts Podcast, stirring up trade rumors involving defenseman Noah Hanifin.

Teams are reportedly scrambling to discern Hanifin's preferred destination for signing. While Tampa may not be a viable option due to unclear trade terms, Friedman identified Boston, Florida, and New Jersey as potential suitors.

He also mentions Boston, Florida & New Jersey as teams interested. Says Toronto would be interested but they prefer a RHD & he's not interested in signing there. Talks about how there's always a scenario out there he's not aware of.




Despite Toronto's interest, Hanifin leans towards a right-handed defenseman role, ruling out the Maple Leafs. Friedman emphasized the unpredictability of trade scenarios, hinting at undisclosed possibilities in Hanifin's future.
