It's safe to say that this path the Bruins and Swayman have taken are clearly not what they had in mind. As Lewis Gross has stated in his remarks regarding, the safe course of action would be to dial down the rhetoric and meet with his client to see how he feels and if he wants to remain with the Bruins even though they seem to be at a virtual stand still.
Swayman has made it clear over the past few months he wants to remain as a Boston Bruins at both parties have strong interest in resolving this issue as quickly as possible. But in the meantime, people need to keep their emotions in check and resolve this dispute calmly and in a timely manner as the season is less than two weeks away.
