Jeremy Swayman responds after getting hit by Max Domi
In Game 3 at Scotiabank Arena, Boston Bruins goaltender Jeremy Swayman faced an unexpected challenge when Toronto Maple Leafs forward Max Domi collided with him during a television timeout. Despite the collision, Swayman maintained his composure and had a clever response to the incident.
As Domi barreled into him, Swayman found himself on the ice, but he took it in stride.
"He was just skating. I was skating," Swayman said with a grin. "I told Emily (Swayman's girlfriend) I had to do more pushups. So I'm going to work on that."
However, beyond the lighthearted response, Swayman remains focused on his role with the team. Whether he's in the net or supporting his teammate Linus Ullmark, Swayman is determined to contribute to the Bruins' success.
"Anytime I get a chance to play, I'm going to do everything I can to help this team win,"
he affirmed.As the Bruins prepare for Game 4 at Scotiabank Arena, the starting goaltender has yet to be announced, leaving fans eager to see who will guard the net in the pivotal matchup.
