He said Jayson Megna, James van Riemsdyk, and Matt Grzelcyk would play.

But Johnny Beecher, Pat Maroon, and Brandon Carlo wouldn't. Montgomery explained Maroon and Carlo needed rest but should be okay for Saturday's game.

Pregame updates per Coach Montgomery:

▪️Jayson Megna and James van Riemsdyk are in; Pat Maroon and Johnny Beecher are out.
▪️Matt Grzelcyk is in for Brandon Carlo (maintenance). Carlo will be good to go for Game 1.

Per Montgomery, #NHLBruins Jayson Megna, James van Riemsdyk and Matt Grzelcyk are in tonight against Ottawa.

Johnny Beecher, Pat Maroon and Brandon Carlo are out. It's just maintenance for Maroon and Carlo –– should be find for Saturday.

These moves show the team's strategy to keep players fresh for the playoffs. Fans will be watching to see how the new lineup performs in this important game.
