Earlier today Joe Sacco announced an big change to the Bruins roster already by announcing that Joonas Korpisalo will be the starter tonight for the Bruins.
Normally after having multiple days off, the Bruins would go back to Jeremy Swayman, but that's not the case tonight.
Jeremy Swayman's play with the Boston Bruins recently has been horrible, and Joe Sacco has took that into consideration.
Instead he is deciding to go with the new goaltender the Bruins acquired in the off-season, Joonas Korpisalo.
Another interesting change that Sacco is making ahead of this game is that it looks like he is taking a veteran player out of the lineup.
Going based off of the morning rushes this morning, it looks like Tyler Johnson will be the odd one out for tonight's game.
Take a look at the projected lines:
Tyler Johnson has only appeared in five games this season since signing an official contract with them not too long ago.
Leading up to training camp, Don Sweeney signed Tyler Johnson to a professional tryout contract.
Johnson wasn't officially signed to a contract until November 4th, when the Bruins announced that they signed him to a one-year, $775,000 contract.
In those five games so far, Johnson has yet to register his first point with the team.
Do you think taking Tyler Johnson out of the lineup was a good decision by new head coach Joe Sacco?
