Report: Boston Bruins working on stealing 30+ goal scorer from former head coach Jim Montgomery

The Bruins may be working on stealing a 30+ goal scorer from a former head coach's team, Jim Montgomery and the St. Louis Blues.
Recently, the Bruins have gotten hot, winning five straight games and basically undoing the six-game losing streak they had prior.
So far this season has been pretty hectic, but today, the Bruins woke up sitting third in the Atlantic Division.
Bruins president Cam Neely stated that the Bruins looked to add goal scoring in the summer but weren't able to do that.
Just one month into the season, and the Bruins may have the perfect opportunity to acquire a pure goal scorer.
Kyrou made available by the Blues
According to Russell Macias of The Hockey News, Jordan Kyrou has been made available for trade by the Blues.
"Jordan Kyrou of the St. Louis Blues is reportedly available for trade, with the Blues currently sitting in 31st place in the NHL."

Former Bruins head coach Jim Montgomery made him a healthy scratch last night, and it raised eyebrows around the league.
Elliotte Friedman reported today that the Blues are "canvassing the league, to see what he can do" regarding Kyrou.
Kyrou has scored 30+ goals in three straight seasons and has had 67 points or more in four straight seasons.
With the Bruins looking for some goal-scoring depth, this would be a no-brainer move by them to at least check in on the status of Kyrou.
