Rumor: Boston Bruins trade defenseman in 1-for-1 trade with the Colorado Avalanche

Boston is currently dealing with a tough situation, and it's starting to lead to trade rumors.
One prospect was seen as a promising defensive prospect for the Bruins but has been trending downhill recently, and a fresh start may be a good idea.
That prospect is defenseman Mason Lohrei. The Bruins were super high on Lohrei, earning him some time on the top pairing with Charlie McAvoy, but recently his game has been trending downhill, and it's put the Bruins in a tough spot.
Over the past five games, the Bruins have healthy scratched Lohrei. They don't want to send him to the AHL, and right now it doesn't look like he is going to get much playing time in the NHL.
Meaning a fresh start could be the best idea for him.
With that, a 1-for-1 trade proposal has been made involving Mason Lohrei.
Trade proposal sees Lohrei going to the Avalanche
Heavy.com recently proposed a trade that would see Lohrei being sent to the Colorado Avalanche, with the Bruins in return getting Samuel Girard.
