The Bruins Have Completed A Major Transaction
On February 19, Boston Bruins General Manager Don Sweeney made a significant announcement regarding the team's roster.
Sweeney revealed that the Bruins have signed forward Justin Brazeau to a two-year, two-way contract, with an annual NHL cap hit of $775,000.
Brazeau, aged 26, has showcased his talents in 49 games with the Providence Bruins this season, amassing an impressive tally of 18 goals and 19 assists, totaling 37 points. Standing tall at 6-foot-5 and weighing 245 pounds, Brazeau brings a formidable presence to the ice. Throughout his career in the AHL, spanning 189 games with Providence and Toronto, he has accumulated 53 goals and 65 assists, amounting to 118 points.
Hailing from New Liskeard, Ontario, Brazeau initially joined the Toronto Marlies as a free agent in 2019.
