Last night's Stanley Cup Playoffs game between the Boston Bruins and Florida Panthers was charged with tension, culminating in a dramatic fight between Bruins star David Pastrnak and Panthers' Matthew Tkachuk.
After some back-and-forth, Tkachuk challenged him to a fight, leading Pastrnak to check with his coach before accepting the challenge.
Once on the ice together, the two didn't waste any time and dropped their gloves. Although Pastrnak was quickly taken down by the more seasoned fighter, Tkachuk, he resiliently tried for a second round, showcasing his fighting spirit.
Despite the Bruins not winning the game, Pastrnak's willingness to stand up and fight brought a new energy to his team, setting a spirited tone as they head into the next game of the series.
