Former trainer of Brad Marchand and long-time friend JP MacCallum ended up suffering a tragic loss.
His 10-year-old daughter, Selah MacCallum, ended up tragically passing away after losing her battle to cancer.
Losing anyone is a tragedy, but when it's a 10-year-old, it makes things seem worse, and no parent should ever have to experience this.
Marchand ended up flying home to be with his friend during this tragedy and even participated in a special charity event to honor her.
After all of this got out on social media, Marchand ended up receiving some praise from people all around the league.
