The St. Louis Blues are getting a small boost to their lineup tonight as defenseman Vince Dunn will return.
The Boston Bruins are however still without defensemanMatt Grzelcyk, who the Blues took out during Game 2.
It was a dirty hit that hadGrzelcyk crunched into the boards and he had to be helped off the ice. Grzelcyk hasn't played since and stayed behind in Boston while the team traveled to St. Louis.
On Monday, Bruins head coach Bruce Cassidy gave an update regarding the defenseman.
Cassidy revealed to reporters on Monday that the blueliner was improving and
"better than where he was"
. While Cassidy wouldn't commit toGrzelcyk returning to Game 5, he did say that there's
"hope"
.
If the Bruins win tonight, it would be really cool to see Grzelcyk raise the Stanley Cup in Boston if they can also win Game 5 after such a brutal hit.
