The Boston Bruins are looking for their second win in a row tonight as they'll throw down with the top team in the NHL, the Washington Capitals.�
Unfortunately for the Bruins they announced some tough injury news.�
General manager Don Sweeney announced that the Bruins have placed defenseman Torey Krug on injured reserve.�
In a corresponding move Sweeney revealed that the team has called up veteran forward Paul Carey from Providence. The 31 year old currently leads the P-Bruins with seven goals and six assists in 17 games.�
Sweeney didn't give any further details about Krug's upper body injury.�
