The Boston Bruins and general manager Don Sweeney announced a couple of roster moves earlier today.
Sweeney said the Bruins have called up 22 year old forward Zach Senyshyn from Providence.
The move was made because Sweeney also announced that the team has placed Par Lindholm on injured reserve because of an upper body injury.
Lindholm joins the already injured Karson Kuhlman, Joakim Nordstrom and David Backes on the sidelines.
As Senyshyn, the youngster currently has three points in 12 games in the AHL and will bring some more speed to the B's lineup. He's averaged 13 goals and 25 points during his first two seasons of AHL action.
It'll be interesting to see how head coach Bruce Cassidy uses him against the speedy Canadiens.
