Since Patrice Bergeron has been sidelined by injury, multiple reports have surfaced that Boston Bruins general manager Don Sweeney is working the phones trying to get some help.

The Bruins were linked over the weekend to Minnesota Wild forward Charlie Coyle, a name they were also attached to during the offseason.
While the Wild are currently in a playoff spot and it's hard to imagine them moving one of their bigger pieces, the opposite can be said for the Arizona Coyotes.
The Coyotes traded young prospect Dylan Strome and Brendan Perlini to the Chicago Blackhawks on Sunday night for Nick Schmaltz.
Arizona has a bit of a log jam at center now and Joe McDonald reports the Bruins could target veteran center Derek Stepan.
The former Rangers forward doesn't hold any trade protection in his contract and has struggled a bit since being traded to the wasteland known as Arizona.
Like Coyle, Stepan can play center or on the wing and his contract runs through the 2020-21 season with a $6.5million cap hit.
The 28 year old has 10 points in 22 games this season and registered 56 points in 82 games last year, he would slot in nicely as the team's second line center with Bergeron out.
Would you be willing to trade for Stepan?
