There is sickening news surrounding the case of Johnny and Matthew Gaudreau. Facts have been found out about the man who senselessly hit, the Gaudreau brothers.
As the hockey world mourns the loss of Johnny and Matthew Gaudreau's family, friends and the community alike have found new details regarding Sean Higgins.
Higgins, the man who committed the atrocious acts on August 29th, allegedly ran an Alcohol and Drug Treatment Center in Pennsylvania.

Sean Higgins, who was allegedly drinking before choosing to get behind the wheel, was arrested Thursday night. The New Jersey state police who took him into custody charged him with two counts of death by auto.
Higgins was later shown in court, not showing any remorse or sadness for his heinous actions. He was only concerned about the length of his stay in jail.
Subsequent Details from Thursday's arrest showed he was:
- Operating under the influence of liquor or drugs
- Unsafe lane change
- Improper passing
- Open container alcohol or unseal cannabis in motor vehicle
- Consume alcohol beverage or cannabis item in motor vehicle
- Reckless driving.
Fans of Johnny Gaudreau have been gathering in Calgary and Columbus, building improvised memorials for Johnny Hockey. The memorials have been erected outside of the Scotiabank Saddledom and Nationwide Arena.
