Massive trade proposal between the Boston Bruins and Montreal Canadiens emerges involving Jeremy Swayman

Over the summer there are always some crazy and ridiculous mock trades and rumors that surface on the internet, and Jeremy Swayman and the Boston Bruins were just involved in one.

This supposed 'trade' would see Jeremy Swayman heading to the Montreal Canadiens in exchange for Samuel Montembeault, Lane Hutson and Ivan Demidov.

The Boston Bruins would be getting a really solid return in Hutson and Demidov, two players who will more than likely be stars in the NHL one day, but they would also be taking a hit as they would be losing their star and starting goaltender Jeremy Swayman.

Montembeault isn't a terrible goaltender and his numbers show that as he played for a bad Montreal Canadiens team last year and in 41 games he had a record of 16-15-0 with a 3.14 GAA and a .903 SV%.

Although this trade will never happen, the Boston Bruins would get a solid return if it were to happen.
