As the NHL trade deadline looms, the Bruins are actively seeking improvements, facing challenges due to limited draft capital and reluctance to part with prospects.

Speculation is mounting regarding the potential departure of goaltender Linus Ullmark, as hinted by Elliotte Friedman of the 32 Thoughts podcast and Sportsnet.


With Jeremy Swayman taking on a more prominent role and the need to assess goaltending prospects in the system, Ullmark's departure could address these needs while replenishing draft picks.


Ullmark's remaining contract term and solid performance this season make him an attractive trade asset.
