#Coyotes minority owner Andrew Barroway was arrested in Colorado on a felony strangulation charge.

Barroway, also the owner of Greek second-division soccer team Athens Kallithea FC, has been indefinitely suspended by the NHL.

He holds a 5% stake in the team.

The Coyotes' arena agreement with the Arizona State University Sun Devils includes a 'good behavior' clause. Could this incident be sufficient grounds to void the clause?

This event may very well cause the end of the Arizona Coyotes.
