Brad Marchand wasn't as happy as you'd expect him to be after the Bruins took a commanding 3-1 series lead over the Panthers.

Marchy Calls Out the NHL

After Boston's 6-2 win in game four, they now go back to Boston with a cushion.

However, postgame, Marchand criticized the NHL for a recent incident involving a hot mic.

During game one against Florida, Matthew Tkachuk was allegedly caught saying derogatory things about Tomas Nosek's wife. See below:

Nobody involved has commented on the incident or confirmed what was said, so you can have your own opinion on what was said. Jim Montgomery shared he doesn't know what was said but noted that stuff like that was common when he was playing.

Montgomery also pointed out how there was no mic's down on the ice back in his day either.

Which leads directly to what Marchand called out the league for. As per Matt Porter:

''I think the NHL and the media outlets have crossed the line to allow those mics.''

Even though the on ice sounds are some of the best sound bites from the NHL, there's always guys like Tkachuk that take it too far.

Because by now, guys know cameras and microphones are everywhere, especially at the benches.
