The worst is confirmed for Vancouver Canucks star forward Brock Boeser ahead of game 7 against the Edmonton Oilers.
The Vancouver Canucks were hit with some bad news yesterday. They will be without their leading goal scorer for game 7 against the Edmonton Oilers due to blood clot issues.
Frank Seravalli today confirmed that regardless if the Canucks make it to the Western Conference Finals or not, they will be without Brock Boeser for the rest of the year
Sounds like #Canucks Brock Boeser's blood clot developed in his leg, something team medical staff found after Game 6.
He has been placed on blood thinning medication and is not expected to be available to play again this season.
This is tough news for the Canucks as they had a good chance at making a run for the Stanley Cup this year, but without Boeser it will be more of a challenge for the team.
