Back in 2014, Boston was defeated by Montreal in seven games of the first round but the incident that stole all the spotlight occurred during the handshake line.

Milan Lucic, who played for the Bruins at the time, reportedly threatened Canadiens forward Dale Weise as the two teams shook hands. Lucic then exchanged words with defenseman Alexei Emelin and others as he continued down the line.

Check out the incident here:

Was it Just a Misunderstanding?

Last month, Lucic appeared on the Dropping the Gloves podcast with former enforcer John Scott, where he discussed the events leading up to the incident.

By the way he recounts the moment, it sounds like some misunderstanding between the two sides, as Montreal thought he was taunting them the entire time with his chest pounding.

Which clearly, wasn't the case, according to Looch anyways.

Amusingly, Lucic confessed that he didn't even know who Weise was at the time! It's certain that if Lucic were to confront you, you'd definitely take notice.
