Despite many fans giving the series to the Bruins from the get-go, the series is tied 1-1 heading back to Florida, and Jim Montgomery has a big decision to make.

Breaking Tradition

It's basically always been NHL tradition that teams use one goalie throughout the playoffs, but for how much longer?

Minnesota surprised people when they started veteran Marc-Andre Fleury after Filip Gustavsson won the first game. Ultimately, it blew up in their face and the Wild lost 6-3 to the Dallas Stars in game two.

However, that could be a very different story for Boston.

The Bruins are blessed with, arguably, two number one goalies in Linus Ullmark and Jeremy Swayman - who won the William M. Jennings Trophy for allowing the fewest goals in the NHL this season.

Ullmark will most likely win the Vezina this season, while Swayman ranked near the top in every category too. The duo has been a big part of Boston's success this season.

So, why doesn't Jim Montgomery use that his advantage?

Which is why Frank Seravalli of Daily Faceoff joined Pete Blackburn on Bally Sports to answer the following question:

''Should the idea of one goalie playing every game for a two-month stretch be a thing of the past?''

Check out their responses below:
