Ahead of Game 2 against the Florida Panthers, the Boston Bruins shared an important update on their lineup.

Jesper Boqvist, who was unexpectedly absent from Game 1, is set to return to the ice tonight.

Bruins' coach Jim Montgomery revealed that Boqvist's absence was due to a health issue, clarifying the mystery around why Patrick Brown took his spot in the previous game.

Boqvist in for Brown. Boqvist's absence was health related, said Montgomery

Fans had been puzzled by Boqvist's absence, but Montgomery's update has provided some relief.

He confirmed that Boqvist has recovered and is "good to go" for tonight's game, indicating that the health concern was temporary and has been resolved.

Boqvist's return is timely as the Bruins look to strengthen their team for another critical playoff encounter.
