The Boston Bruins hit the ice and skated away with a dominant victory against the Columbus Blue Jackets last night.
The face that the Bruins had already clinched their playoff spot while the Blue Jackets were fighting for their lives and finishing the game 6-2 was pretty impressive.
Now the focus moves toward their first round matchup against the Toronto Maple Leafs which the Bruins clinched home ice for last night.
Will Bruins head coach Bruce Cassidy rest some players this week?
It seems likely as Don Sweeney made a call up on Wednesday.
The Bruins called up forwards
Trent Frederic and Zach Senyshyn from Providence.
We can likely see Cassidy rest some forwards for the final two games which have no meaning.
