BREAKING Bruins Claim Forward Off Waivers.

The Boston�Bruins are struggling on the offensive side of things and made a roster move looking for a boost.�

The Dallas Stars placed forward Gemel Smith on waivers Wednesday and the Bruins just scooped him up.�

The 2012 4th round pick by the Stars wasn't really able to find himself a spot in the lineup in Dallas with only three points in 14 games so far.�

The Bruins are hoping he can find his game with a change of scenery, as a junior player in the OHL Smith was a point per game player.�

With the constant rotation up front lately and line switches, Smith might be able to jump in and give some energy.�
