The Boston Bruins remain injury plagued and it doesn't sound like anything will change tonight.
Bruins' head coach Bruce Cassidy met with the media on Thursday ahead of their game against the New York Islanders at TD Garden.
Cassidy said despite the hope yesterday Brandon Carlo would return, it's not going to happen tonight as the defenseman will remain sidelined for at least another game.
Same with Charlie McAvoy and he still looks awhile away as McAvoy continues to skate with a no-contact jersey.
Colby Cave will remain on the top line with Brad Marchand and David Pastrnak.
Cassidy also confirmed that Tuukka Rask will get the start tonight against the Islanders.
