The Boston Bruins start life without Tuukka Rask tonight as they welcome the TorontoMaple Leafs to TD Garden.

Rask left the team on Friday and will be gone for an undetermined period of time so he can take care of some personal issues.

"I'm not going into any details, It's a personal issue," forward Patrice Bergeron said. "Right here we're behind him and supporting him 100 percent. All I can say is that he's a great friend and we're all here for him."

Jaroslav Halak gets the start for the Bruins, even though he's looked great all season, he and Rask both looked terrible on Thursday against the Vancouver Canucks.

The B's went 4-2-0 against the Leafs at TD Garden last year including the playoffs and they'll have a shot against the Leafs backup goalie Garrett Sparks.

Boston will have to be careful though as the Leafs are going for their seventh straight road win.

Bergeron has five points in his last four games, Brad Marchand has four points in his last four games.
