Bruins Look For Big Win In Toronto.
The Boston Bruins head into Toronto looking to build off their win against the Montreal Canadiens on Saturday.
The Bruins registered the W because of John Moore's late game heroics and also had big efforts thanks to some of the team's younger players.
"The team's growing in front of our eyes," Bruins coach Bruce Cassidy said after the game Saturday. "Young guys that need to learn how to win. Listen, I don't want to call it playoff hockey in November, but we are in close games every night. To me, that's playoff hockey and you have to be comfortable in these games."
One of those youngsters, Jake DeBrusk, has turned it up recently with three goals in his last four games and has 10 goals on the season sitting behind David Pastrnak's 17 for the team lead.
Jaroslav Halak gets the call for the Bruins as he'll go up against Frederik Andersen between the pipes for the Leafs.
The Leafs are 7-3-0 in their last 10 games and the Bruins are 3-0-2 in their last five games having allowed two or fewer goals in four of those.
Sitting just two points behind the Leafs in the standings, the Bruins are looking to replicate their 5-1 win against the Leafs on November 10th in Boston.
