When it comes to 40 year olds working out in Boston and looking like beasts, it's usually Tom Brady who steals all the headlines.
However Boston Bruins captain Zdeno Chara is right there with him, and while Brady has started his preseason with the Patriots, Chara is still ripping the gym waiting for his training camp.
Chara recently posted one of of his latest workouts on Instagram and the 6'9" defenseman definitely looks healthy and ready to go.
