As the 2024 Stanley Cup Playoffs near, people wonder if the Boston Bruins' boss, Don Sweeney, and coach, Jim Montgomery, will keep their jobs if the team doesn't do well.

An NHL insider says Sweeney will get to "rebuild the team" with a lot of money to spend. But if the team doesn't do better next year, both Sweeney and Montgomery might lose their jobs.

Former coach Mike Milbury thinks it's tough to fire Montgomery now, but if the team keeps losing early in the playoffs, things might change.

There might be changes in the coaching staff and management, but we're not sure yet. Some coaches might leave for other teams.

While the Bruins get ready for the playoffs, it seems like the team will focus on changing players more than anything else, no matter what happens in the games.
