Nick Foligno wasn't supposed to be in the Bruins lineup for game three, but thankfully he was, as he and his brother Marcus accomplished an incredible milestone on Friday night.

Brotherly Love

After a late scratch to David Krejci, Foligno skated in Boston's game three against the Florida Panthers and wound up scoring the game-winner at 11:45 of the third period.

Later that night, Marcus and the Wild hosted the Stars for game three of their opening-round series, and his 3-1 goal in the second period helped put the brothers in league history.

As per NHL Public Relations:

* Both Marcus Foligno (MIN) and Nick Foligno (BOS) found the back of the net Friday, marking the first time since May 7, 2010 that two brothers scored on the same day in the postseason (Daniel & Henrik Sedin) and first since April 26, 2009 that two have done so on different teams (Eric Staal w/ CAR & Marc Staal w/ NYR).

Both brothers' teams will be back in action on Sunday, as the Bruins are in Florida for a 3:30 pm puck drop, while the Wild and Stars are at 6:30 pm EST.
