Today marked the latest reunion between the Bruins and Torey Krug, who couldn't resist taking some shots at close friend and former teammate Brad Marchand.

Krug started his NHL career in Boston after he signed as an undrafted free agent out of Michigan State University in 2012, and obviously, built some strong friendships during nine years.

No Friends On the Ice

Krug shared his most special bond with Marchand, as the two basically started their careers around the same time. Prior to Sunday's matchup, the Blues' defender was asked if those friendships are paused when they meet in game action.

Of course, Krug took the opportunity to hilariously roast his old friend regarding one of his ‘noticeable' physical features.

''That's right, especially the guy with a big nose.''

The Bruins and Blues combined for an exciting game on Sunday that ended in a 4-3 shootout final in Boston's favor.

Although Marchand got team bragging rights (St. Louis was officially eliminated from playoff contention with the loss), Krug bested him on the personal performance level. The defender finished with 1 goal, 5 shots and was a +2 in 22:49 of ice time (Marchand: -1, 2 SOG, 20:46 TOI).

The duo has definitely had some memorable moments over their years together in Boston. Including some classic chirping back and forth on social media:
