A big development involving Brad Marchand amidst the Jeremy Swayman situation

The Boston Bruins situation with Jeremy Swayman, has gone from bad to ugly over the past couple of days, but there is a good thing that has come out of this and that has to do with Brad Marchand.

During the Boston Bruins season-opening press conference, they went public with what they have offered Jeremy Swayman. Cam Neely told the media that he would have $64 million reasons why he would be playing right now.

Later during the day Jeremy Swayman's agent, Lewis Gross took to social media, and revealed that Jeremy Swayman nor his agent were aware of this deal.

But the good that has come out of this, is how Brad Marchand is handling the situation, and the leadership he has provided during all the drama with the Boston Bruins.

Brad Marchand isn't blaming either side, and realizes that this is a business, and both sides are going to do what benefits them.

The other day Brad Marchand broke the silence on the situation, and finally spoke to the media about it.

Brad Marchand is entering his second season as the Boston Bruins captain, and I couldn't think of anyone who could do it better then he has up until this point.
