Boston Bruins official roster for their opening night game against the Florida Panthers
The Boston Bruins have officially released their opening night roster for their game against the Florida Panthers.
Today marks the beginning of the regular season for the Boston Bruins, and what better way to start their season off then against one of their most hated rivalries, the Florida Panthers.
Many new faces will be making their debuts tonight against the Florida Panthers, as the Boston Bruins will have Elias Lindholm, Max Jones, Mark Kastelic, Cole Koepke, Nikita Zadorov, and Joonas Korpisalo making their debuts for the Black and Gold.
Korpisalo is getting the start for the Boston Bruins tonight over Jeremy Swayman, who will need to some time with the Bruins to get into game form after spending all off-season in contract negotiations with the Boston Bruins.
The Boston Bruins are going to be looking for revenge tonight against the Florida Panthers, after the last two seasons getting knocked out of the playoffs at the hands of the Panthers.
The Boston Bruins aren't the only team that will be having debuts tonight, as the Florida Panthers will have some as well including former Boston Bruins A.J. Greer, and Jesper Boqvist.
Puck drop is scheduled for 7 p.m. ET, but the Florida Panthers are expected to hold a ceremony after winning the Stanley Cup.
