Milan Lucic's wife shares terrifying details about her attack

Boston Bruins forward Milan Lucic got in some serious trouble last November after attacking his wife.
Since then Brittany Lucic has filed for a divorce with Milan Lucic. Court documents show that the altercation happened after a different woman's name appeared on Lucic's phone.
According to Brittany, Milan Lucic was really drunk and strangled her in front of their kids and friends children as well. Following this altercation Brittany managed to escape and call the authorities which lead to Lucic's arrest, but the case would get dismissed after she chose not to testify against him.
«He then grabbed me by my throat with his thumbs pressed against my windpipe so I could not breath [sic]. The force and momentum of him grabbing me caused me to lose my footing and stumble backwards, landing against a chair.»

Brittany got a restraining order on Milan Lucic to keep him away from her and their kids.
Since this incident Lucic has not played a game for the Bruins and it doesn't look promising that he will play another game in the NHL.
