Earlier this morning, it appeared that two Boston Bruins players, including a top-six player was injured.

This morning, a report revealed that both Casey Mittelstadt and Viktor Arvidsson were skating ahead of the main group at practice.

Viktor Arvidsson also on early now, wearing a red jersey. We'll find out later if either/both are dealing with injury situations.
Normally the injured group of players skate ahead of the main group, so many believed that both players were dealing with injuries.

Sturm gives an update on both players

According to Marco Sturm, Viktor Arvidsson was missing from the main group as he was sick yesterday, but is feeling better today.
Mittelstadt on the other hand is reportedly dealing with a lower-body injury.
Sturm did go on to state that the injury is nothing serious, and that Mittelstadt will be back tomorrow.
Per Marco Sturm, Viktor Arvidsson missed skate because he was sick yesterday but is feeling better. Casey Mittelstadt is dealing with a lower-body injury. Sturm said it's «nothing crazy» and Mittelstadt will be back tomorrow.
Entering the season, if the Boston Bruins were dealing with injuries, it would give some young players an opportunity to make the roster, but it looks like both players will be good to go.
