Last week, Boston Bruins goaltender Joonas Korpisalo was missing from practice, and it worried some fans.

Many weren't sure what the cause was, and if he was dealing with an injury or not.
Later in the day on September 25th, head coach Marco Sturm met with the media following practice, and revealed why Korpisalo was absent.
Sturm revealed that Korpisalo stepped away from the team for some time due to a family matter, but everything was okay with him.
«Everything is fine» with Joonas Korpisalo, Marco Sturm said. The goaltender missed practice due to a family matter today.
Now, Joonas Korpisalo has officially returned back to the Boston Bruins, and a statement was made.

Korpisalo back with the Bruins

Today, the Bruins got some good news, as it was revealed that after taking some time away from the Boston Bruins, Korpisalo is officially back at practice, and practicing with the main group.
Joonas Korpisalo is back at practice after missing several days for a "family matter."
