The Boston Bruins and general manager Don Sweeney announced a couple of roster moves on Tuesday.
Sweeney announced that the team has called up defenseman Jeremy Lauzon from Providence while sending down defenseman Steven Kampfer.
The 22 year old Lauzon played one game earlier this season for Boston and played 16 games in the NHL last year. The Bruins 2015 2nd round pick has looked pretty good in the AHL this season with 13 points in 43 games and 65 penalty minutes.
The 31 year old Kampfer has been in and out of the lineup and has played a total of 10 games so far in Boston.
It's unknown if Lauzon will jump into the lineup tonight.
