A major rumor involving Bruins forward Elias Lindholm was just confirmed to the media

Last year was a struggle for Elias Lindholm, and a big part of that was due to him suffering a back injury, and playing majority of the year with it.
Lindholm ended up missing a big portion of training camp last year due to a lingering back injury, and it continued through most of the year.
Towards the end of the year, Lindholm started to find his game after his back injury had healed, and entering the new season a big question was how he was feeling.
Lindholm recently met with the media and a major rumor was confirmed.
Lindholm is back to 100%
There was some speculation that Lindholm was back to being fully healthy, and on September 9th at the Boston Bruins Foundation Golf Outing, Lindholm confirmed this to the media.
"Way better." Lindholm said, "Obviously, I've been working out, had a good summer at home and the body feels pretty good, so better this year for sure. "
Lindholm's struggles last season played a big part in the Bruins finishing at the bottom of the standings last season, and him being fully healthy will play a big part in them trying to be competitive once again.
"Obviously," Lindholm said, "When the season goes like that, you probably want to put it in the trash and move on. It's not that easy, but that's something you would like to do... For myself, I played some pretty decent hockey at the end there, so that's probably what I'd like to bring to this year."
Lindholm spoke on how he had 15 points in the Bruins final 16 games of the season, and if he can perform at that pace, the Bruins will be in a better place this upcoming season.
"it was a good way to finish for me." Lindholm said, "I got put in a position to play with those two that had some good chemistry, and it was pretty easy for me to go in there and play. So it was good for me, and obviously, a little boost, and carried over a little bit to the Worlds [Championship]. So obviously coming in here with some pretty good confidence, so hopefully we can do something good this year."
This upcoming season is going to be an interesting one for the Bruins, but having Lindholm at full health is going to be a big bonus for the Bruins.
