Following their loss last night to the San Jose Sharks, David Pastrnak was not too happy and ended up calling out his teammates.
Before their game against the San Jose Sharks, the Bruins ended up receiving some big news.
It was announced that Elias Lindholm was activated from injury reserve and onto the active roster.
Later on, the Bruins confirmed that Lindholm was returning back to the lineup, and Matej Blumel was being healthy scratched in his spot.
Ultimately, Lindholm coming back did not change much for the Bruins as they once again had a hard time finding the back of the net and ended up losing the game.
After the game, Pastrnak was clearly frustrated and ended up calling out his teammates to the media.
Pastrnak calls out teammates
Pastrnak stated that the Bruins need to do a better job at getting to the net and drawing more penalties.
Take a look:
"We have to get to the net. That's where you draw the penalties. We, maybe, don't go enough in front of the net. That's why we don't have (many) power plays." - #NHLBruins David Pastrnak
Bruins' David Pastrnak, "It's every game. Taking almost double of penalties as we have power plays, so it's tough. Too much relying on the penalty kill. We just gotta stay out of the box and be better. It's a tough loss. Kudos to (SJS) goalie. He made some big saves."
