The Bruins organization have revealed their intentions of what they will do to replace former Bruins forward Jake Debrusk.

The organization feels that Pavel Zacha who has been playing as their number one centre will be moved off that position and move to the left wing which will be filled with newly acquired Elias Lindholm from the Vancouver Canucks.

There was a sense the Bruins were ready to move on from Debrusk as his ice time was reduced. Debrusk ended up landing a mega contract with the Vancouver Canucks has he signed a seven-year $38.5 million contract with a cap hit of 5.5 million per season.

It's safe to say the Bruins are not done with their roster as the team could still sign two more players and they have $8.6 million in cap space. There are still several players out there that may be worth looking at including Vladimir Tarasenko, Joe Pavelski and Daniel Sprong who could offer more scoring and more points for the Bruins as they have had trouble scoring this year.

In the meantime, the Bruins are also focusing on their goaltending as they look to lock up Jeremy Swayman to a long-term deal.
