Former Boston Bruins defenseman Brandon Carlo ended up throwing his former organization under the bus in a recent statement.
On March 7th, the Boston Bruins ended up parting ways with Carlo, sending him to the Toronto Maple Leafs to begin their retool.
In exchange, the Boston Bruins ended up acquiring one of their top prospects in
Fraser Minten, and he's already been a game changer for the Bruins this year, recently scoring the game winning goal for the Bruins.
Along with Minten, the Boston Bruins also ended up receiving a 2025 fourth-round pick, and a 2026 first-round pick.
Recently though, Brandon Carlo ended up throwing the Boston Bruins under the bus, and took a shot at them during a recent press conference.
Carlo says he's happy with the Leafs organization
October 8th, the Toronto Maple Leafs defenseman ended up issuing a statement on social media, and took a shot at the Boston Bruins.
Carlo ended up stating that he wouldn't want to be anywhere else other than with the Toronto Maple Leafs.
Brandon Carlo earlier today:
«I love being in a market with so much passion The passion is engrained in everybody's blood here. I see bumper stickers all the time. I see kids with jerseys at school and I absolutely love it. Wouldn't want to be anywhere else.»
Moving on from Brandon Carlo was the right move for the Boston Bruins, but it's definitely a tough player to try and replace.
